M. Dean Hite, Ed.S., Ph.D.
Dr. Hite is the Executive Director and Founder of HITE CONSULTING. For nearly two decades, Dr. Hite has worked closely within the public and private sector in helping businesses and companies to develop a deep understanding of it best practices, methodology, and outreach strategies. In addition, he has amassed nearly 15 years of in-depth grant writing and technical writing as well as reviewing numerous educational assistance policies and processes. In his current role, he is able to leverage that knowledge base to ensure that all communications between stakeholders are fully aligned and companies are presented with business solutions that yield optimal results. Dr. Hite is a consultant focused on promoting entrepreneurship and student learning and improving the teacher-parent relationship. Most recently, his business acumen has been beneficial in the development of several major companies and consulting firms within the East Mississippi/West Alabama region. 
Dr. Hite was born and raised in Mississippi. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Master of Science degree in Guidance and Counseling from Jackson State University. He received his Specialist in Education and Doctor of Philosophy in Administration and Supervision with a minor emphasis in Inferential Statistics from the University of Southern Mississippi. He is also co-founder of Brandigm Institute, a leadership and consultancy firm that assists schools, school districts, and charter schools with the development for leadership capacity for improving student academic achievement through direct training and personalized executive coaching.
James Wesby, MBA
In addition to being Senior Partner and Managing Director of HITE, WESBY, & ASSOCIATES, James Wesby is also the founder of The Wesby Group, LLC, a management firm providing executive coaching, peer advisory services and strategic direction to owners, presidents and CEOs of privately held businesses to grow and guide their businesses through planning and development processes and co-founder of BranDigm Institute.
Having over 15 years experience, James' expertise spans strategic planning, organizational consulting, relationship management and operational effectiveness. James brings superior value and focus, helping businesses succeed beyond their expectations in all types of economic conditions. 
Born in Chicago but raised in Mississippi, James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health from Jackson State University and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of South New Hampshire. He currently serves as Chief of Marketing & Business Intelligence at PHIVE, LLC and is an Advisory Board member of the Future Business Leaders of America.
Stephanie L. Jones, MBA
Stephanie Jones is an expert in business development, government relations, and government procurement, with a focus on  fiscal management, negotiations, and business leadership skills. As a program analyst with nearly 10 years experience implementing  management and accountability controls to ensure effective program delivery in areas of processing and administration within both the private and government sector, Mrs. Jones provides clients with a high-level of consultation and advice on how to improve and streamline government missions and operations, including how clients can improve their business. 
Mrs. Jones is a highly recognized leader in non-asset defense litigations, interagency acquisitions, and contractual management of multi-million dollar leases. Her unique management savvy in business consulting practice couples knowledge of specific markets, specific understanding of procurement rules and how to expand one''s knowledge within the financial community.
Originally from Arkansas, Mrs. Jones holds a Bachelor's Degree from Jackson State University in Finance. She received her MBA in Finance from the University of Arkansas, Little Rock and is a ranking board member of Brandigm Institute.
